FAQ
Is Pay by bank available for WooCommerce merchants?
Yes. We offer a native WooCommerce plugin, available through the WordPress plugin directory. WooCommerce merchants can install the plugin, complete the self-service onboarding process, and enable Pay by bank at checkout without custom code or developer support.
What pricing options are available?
We offer a free trial plan for 7 days, then every transaction will be paid from your balance.
We believe in transparent per-transaction pricing — no hidden costs.
How long does it take for funds to become available?
Pay by bank payments are processed in real time, 24/7, through the UK Faster Payments Service (FPS). Funds are typically available in the account within seconds after the customer authorises the payment, although timing may vary depending on the receiving bank’s processing of incoming FPS payments.
Are Pay by bank payments subject to chargebacks?
No. Pay by Bank uses bank-authorised transfers with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). There is no card network involved, so traditional card chargebacks do not apply.
How does the onboarding process work?
The onboarding process is fully self-service and usually takes less than five minutes. The free trial starts immediately once onboarding is completed. In certain cases, additional details may be requested to clarify the application, but access to the trial remains available and is not delayed.
